Vietnam is the country with many beautiful festivals. There are hundreds of festivals each year. Besides the Tet Holiday, the Mid-Autumn festival is one of the most famous festivals and it is a traditional celebration for Vietnamese children.

The Mid-Autumn festival dates back to the Rice Civilization of the Red River delta, over 4,000 years ago. It is fantastic and charming with its history. It is held on the 15th day on the 8th lunar month (often in late September or early October) in the middle of autumn and it is celebrated for a whole day. Mint julep

The grand-dame cocktail of the US’s deep south and the signature drink of the Kentucky derby, the mint julep is regarded as the forefather of the more fashionable mojito. The bonus here is this elegant summer sipper is easier to make than its Cuban cousin (no muddling required) and contains bourbon, mint and sugar. Mixologists recommend using high-proof bourbon and chill a tall glass beforehand. Fruit juice should not be part of your five a day, says government adviser

Fruit juice has as much sugar as many soft drinks and should be removed from five-a-day guidance, says obesity expert

An adviser to the government on obesity has called for fruit juice to be removed from the recommended list of five-a-day portions of fruit or vegetables, saying it contains as much sugar as many soft drinks.

Susan Jebb, head of diet and obesity research at the Medical Research Council's Human Nutrition Research unit in Cambridge, told the Sunday Times she had herself stopped drinking orange juice and advised others to do so, or at least drink it diluted. The paper quoted her as saying she would support a wider tax on sugar-heavy drinks.
